This Privacy Policy details how liveWELL handles and maintains the information collected when you visit the website found at www.livewellseniorservices.com or use one of our mobile applications, as well as through managed relationships with our customers for the provision of our products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Use of our Services is governed by our Terms of Use. This policy describes our disclosure policies, as well as the choices that you have regarding use, access, and correction of your information. This policy does not cover information you may choose to share with other users of the website.

As a part of our Services, we may also gather personal health information that you provide to our CareGuides. We may also collect information from you during phone or video calls, or via email correspondence with a liveWELL representative.

We also collect any content that you create or upload when using the Services. This may include, but is not limited to, things like pictures, care plan documents (or other personal documents that you choose to upload), calendar reminders, and services requests to be performed by a third-party provider.

Payment Processing Information. When you make a payment in connection with purchasing any of the Services, liveWELL may obtain your credit card, ACH, and/or other payment information.

Usage Information. We may collect other non-personally identifiable information such as the time and date of your visit, your location, the pages and other content that you access, and the number of times you return to the website. This information is used in the aggregate for our internal marketing and similar purposes. We may also integrate into the website technology provided by third parties (e.g., Google Analytics) to accomplish this information collection. In addition, we may use a variety of other technologies that collect similar information for security and fraud detection purposes.

Partner Information. Homethrive partners with certain third-party vendors to offer you some services, and we may receive certain information directly from those third parties.

Other than as expressly set forth herein, Homethrive does not sell or otherwise share your personal information with third parties.

California residents are also entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. liveWELL does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

liveWELL is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
